Peel the onion and cut in strips. Season the Salisbury steaks, the bacon, the mozzarella and the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Grill the Salisbury steaks and bacon and then quickly grill on the mozzarella slices and tomatoes on one side.
Toast the ciabatta rolls on the grill.
Put ketchup on the ciabatta rolls and then serve with the rest of the ingredients: Mozzarella, Salisbury steak, bacon, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, basil.
